1. Food & Consumable Products

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been shipped or delivered.

This policy helps ensure:

We cannot restock or resell consumable goods once they leave our facility.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

3. Quality Concerns

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe a product has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Each case will be reviewed individually. Additional information or photos may be requested.

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Refund Processing

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

6. Storage & Handling Responsibility
