Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts

1–2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning "SHOP The Seasoning"

Salt and black pepper (to taste)

½ cup all-purpose flour (for coating)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon oil from the sun-dried tomatoes jar

1 tablespoon butter
-
1 clove garlic, minced

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

1 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup cooking cream (heavy or whipping cream)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Season the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
Lightly coat the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
2. Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Prepare the Sauce
In the same pan, add the sun-dried tomato oil and butter.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and chicken broth.
Let the mixture simmer until slightly reduced and thickened.
4. Finish the Dish
Return the chicken to the pan.
Once the sauce begins to simmer, add the cooking cream.
Allow everything to cook together until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked through.
5. Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm.
